The museum illustrates the life and work of painter, etcher, and draftsman Jacob Smits (Rotterdam 1855 - Mol-Achterbos 1928).<\/p>\n

Fascinated by the beauty and\u00a0 tranquility of the Kempen region,\u00a0 Smits created intimate works: landscapes, religious works, and delicate portraits.<\/p>\n
