If you are visiting Antwerp, here is a recommendation for a worthwhile visit.
RUBENS AT THE ROCKOX - SNIJDERS HOUSE - ANTWERP
The Rubens House in Antwerp is undergoing renovation until 2030. However, the garden, the library and the Rubens Experience remain open to the public.
A visit to the Rockox-Snijders House at 10 Rockoxstraat is well worth a visit. Nicolaas Rockox and Frans Snijders were patrons of the arts and friends of Rubens.
Treasures and sculptures from the Rubens House are currently on display there, including paintings by Rubens and Roman sculptures from Rubens’ collection.
Open from 10 am to 5 pm. Closed on Mondays.
Open on 1 May – on Whit Monday – on Ascension Day
